Learning to Blog

After spending too much time trying to figure out what I'm doing, I have managed to add some links to my sidebar. We'll see if I am able to post a picture.

This was the first scarf I made. Last fall I was sucked by a powerful force into the yarn section of Michael's. I had sworn I wasn't going to knit until I was an old lady. I was already a quilter. I've done just about every other craft. I left the store with a Lion Brand learn to knit kit. I started my scarf the day after Thanksgiving. Since then I have knit almost every day.

The scarf is a combination of garter, stockinette, and 2 x 2 rib.
